For this task we were each given a random photo that we were told nothing about and had to think of three questions about the picture. We then swapped pictures with another person and answered them. We then finally swapped pictures for one more time and used the answers to create an idea.
This is the picture that I ended up with and these were the questions and their answers:
- Why isn't the photographer running from the mammoth? because he isn't there, the camera is on a timer
- How did the person get there? a parachute
- Where did the mammoth even come from? the set of the newest Ice Age film
So this is the idea that I came up with...
The photographer parachutes through a portal into the animated world where he finds Manny the Mammoth from the Ice Age films. The man then goes on a journey through the animated world, trying to find a way back to the real world, along his way taking pictures to document the experience.
